Hi! My name is Sam, I am a multi certified lash artist located in Leesburg, VA. Please read my polices below prior to booking👇🏻 ~ BOOKING ~ A $30 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking for all full sets & refills. I no longer accept deposits through my website. Please send it through ZELLE or APPLE CASH to (703)-975-0759 If the $30 deposit is not sent within 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled Upon booking, it will ask for card information. Your card will only get charged in the case of a last min cancellation or a no-call, no-show Please consider there will be no refunds for any service that is provided During the time of service, the remaining amount can either be paid in CASH, APPLE CASH, or ZELLE Keep in mind sets can take up to 3+ hours so please plan accordingly. I do not rush my work Squeeze in appointments are considered to be same day & next day. A $20 fee is needed ~ BOOKING FOR A REFILL ~ Even if the lashes appear full, anything AFTER 18 days will be considered a full set. Refills must be ON or BEFORE the 2.5 week mark (18 days) Must have at least 50% of lashes remaining after outgrowns are removed ~ PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT ~ Please come with a clean face & clean eyes! No makeup, no mascara, no strip lash glue I would suggest to not wear mascara at least one day before your appointment to ensure there is no residue, otherwise, the extensions will not adhere to the natural lashes Masks are recommended but not required Come with no contacts in your eyes! This can be very dangerous with the fumes from the glue Avoid any caffeine before your appointment! This will make your eyes jittery and harder to lash Please do not bring any guests! ~ LATE POLICY ~ If you are running late please notify me asap. There is a 10 minute grace period, however, afterwards the appointment will need to be rescheduled ~ RESCHEDULES ~ Reschedules should be made at least 24hrs prior to your appointment If you reschedule/cancel within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment, a new deposit is needed for a future appointment If the reschedule is made well in advance, the deposit will be saved for the next appointment booked If you are feeling sick please do not come, send me a message & we can reschedule ~ RETENTION ~ After our appointment, if there are any issues with your lashes, please contact me within 72hrs & I will fix them free of charge Thank you for booking🤍Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
No-call, no-shows will be charged 50% of the service. Any cancellations must be made 24hrs in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee!
